1. Who we are

Plumex SRL ("Plumex", "we", "us", "our") is a family-run plum grower and producer of dried prunes based in the Nisporeni district, Republic of Moldova. This website presents our products to business buyers and lets you request a quotation or a sample.

When you submit the enquiry form or contact us by email, we may collect:

• Company name and contact name
• Business email address and, if you give it, a phone number
• Destination country
• Product required, estimated quantity and any specifications or message you include
• Whether you have asked for a sample

Our hosting provider may also process technical data such as your IP address and standard server logs, which are needed to deliver the website securely.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We will not send you unsolicited marketing communications.

Plumex is located in the Republic of Moldova, outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. This transfer is necessary in order to respond to your request and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 49(1)(b) of the EU GDPR). We protect the data as described in section 7.

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request, normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. Records relating to orders, shipments and invoices are kept for as long as export, customs, tax and accounting rules require.
